It's been quite a week around our community.
The heavy rain tested roads, neighbourhoods, and infrastructure across Leduc County, but it also reminded us what makes this community special. County crews worked around the clock, neighbours checked on neighbours, and people stepped up to help wherever they could.
That's the Leduc we know.
As we head into the weekend, there's plenty to look forward to.
❤️ Community Update
The heavy rain may have moved on, but the cleanup continues across parts of Leduc County.
As of this week, several Township and Range Roads remain closed following the flooding, including sections of Township Roads 474, 482, and 494, along with Range Roads 22, 23, 270, and 271. County crews continue working hard to repair roads and restore access as quickly and safely as possible.
If you're travelling around the county this week, it's a good idea to check conditions before heading out.
Please verify Thursday morning for the latest road closure updates before travelling.

🚛 Alberta Diesel Day
One of Alberta's biggest diesel truck weekends is back at RAD Torque Raceway.
Whether you're a diesel enthusiast or simply looking for something different to do with the family, Alberta Diesel Day features drag racing, burnout competitions, show trucks, food vendors, kids' activities, and plenty of horsepower.
Even better, a portion of ticket sales supports the Kidney Foundation.
